Yeast Lipid-Protein Binding Interaction Database (YLPBIdb) deposits the binding interaction between 32 kinds of lipids and 416 proteins.

In YLPBIdb, we provide two search ways for the user:

1. To search for which group of proteins will be bound for the lipid.
2. To search for which group of lipid will be bound for the proteins.
